#HelpTheWorkeres
At the beginning of 2020, the covid-19 pandemic reached Palestine, as a result of which the Palestinian government imposed a comprehensive lockdown and prevented citizens from moving.
At that time, the issue of domestic workers appeared as an obstacle to the implementation of government measures, and the government began to take special measures towards the workers, preventing them from reaching their workplaces one time, and asking them not to return to their homes another time. In the midst of this policy confusion, the need for workers to support their families after their work is disrupted has not been taken into account.
#RafahNeedsAHospital
"Filastiniyat" launched an online tweeting campaign, entitled #Rafah_needs_a_hospital, with the participation of a group of female journalists and social media activists.
The campaign aimed to once again highlight the urgent need for a central hospital in Rafah, southern Gaza Strip, to provide healthcare services for the city's population of over a quarter of a million residents, whose healthcare needs are served by a few health clinics.
#TransportationIsARight
"Filastiniyat" launched a campaign calling for the rehabilitation of transportation to meet the needs of people with disabilities as a guaranteed right, calling on the state to take all necessary measures to achieve this.
