Protection of journalists
Female Journalists Club
NAWA
Youth program
Main programs
This program includes approximately 900 Palestinian female journalists in the West Bank and Gaza Strip, aiming to be a platform and incubator for them wherever they are.
After numerous wars and clear assaults, and in response to an urgent need, the “Filastiniyat” institution has worked on providing self-care for male/female journalists through a comprehensive program that examines their psychological needs.
an electronic women’s media network launched by the "Filastiniyat" institution in December 2012, according to an approach of honesty and accuracy in covering and information delivery.
This program was created in response to the current reality of Palestinian society, where values of diversity and acceptance of different opinions are absent among certain segments.
Appeal
With the ongoing genocide that began in October 2023, it is almost impossible to focus on anything beyond the immediate, devastating atrocities unfolding daily in Gaza under Israeli occupation. The unrelenting pace of violence — marked by daily mass casualties, destruction, and widespread displacement — creates a sense of overwhelming chaos. This chaos obscures the broader, long-term impacts on various aspects of society, such as daily life necessities, health, gender dynamics, and employment.
Stop the killing of Gaza journalists!
Since the beginig of the Genocidal war against the Palestinians in Gaza the ocupation army killed more than 169+ journalists !
